I have been asked by many individuals, about my Health Coach Training. Many folks are asking because they are interested in going through a Health Coach training program. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2020 and more recently from Primal Health Institute in 2023 (I will edit this post to include more information about Primal Health Institute at a later time). What I resonate mostly with in IIN is their holistic 360 degree approach to wellness and the teaching of the concept of bio-individuality.
