I am on a mission to support individuals on the path of recovery from addiction & mental health diagnosis. I am a Yoga Informed Recovery Coach & a Health Coach focused on an integrative approach to mental health & wellness. My goal is to help you reunite with your inner strength and wisdom that already resides within you. Some of the improvements you may experience include:
